Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-3 weeks from final sign off of artwork for us to produce your products, plus shipping time. This time frame can vary based on the quantity and style, as well as how many other jobs we have in production at the time.

If you have a very short deadline, please give us a call on 1300 220 217 to see if we can organise something in time for your event.

If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds & Returns

At this point in time we do not issue returns, due to the custom nature of our awards and trophies.

If any damage has occurred during the shipping process, we will happily replace the item for you. We must be informed within 24 hours of the goods being delivered, after this time we are not accountable for any damages.

Terms & Conditions

We make every attempt to ensure that the information on this site is accurate. This includes pricing, sizing, imagery and extra details. It is not uncommon for products to be slightly different in size than stated on this website, or for colours to present differently depending on the viewers screen. We do not take responsibility for these variables.

We do not hold accountability for mistakes made by the customer during the customisation of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the document they send to us, and further double check the proof that is sent to them. Once the design proof is approved by the customer, If there are spelling or grammar mistakes on the finalised product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, due to the custom nature of the product.
