We can ship to some international countries. If you wish to ship internationally please get in contact with us BEFORE purchasing so we can let you know if we can fulfill your order.
Engraving and printing are included in all trophies from our Budget Range. Our Signature Range includes full colour uv printing, with laser engraving as an optional extra, unless otherwise stated. All products will state what is included in the price.
Yes, 2 design proof changes are included when you purchase your trophy. After this any additional changes will incur a $25 artwork fee.
We will supply you with a proof of the final artwork to approve, so that you get the chance to see what your engraving will look like before it goes in to production. We will normally send this through to you 1-2 business days after receiving the names & payment.
The sooner we can get names and logos, the sooner we can get your proof sent & products in to production.
We require logo files be supplied in either an EPS, AI or PDF format, preferably vectorised art. We can use other files such as a JPEG or PNG, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the print, or the ‘crispness’ of the logo. Extremely low-res images will incur an additional charge in order to re-draw.
Once we have final sign off on the proof, our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time. This is dependant on the type of product you ordered, the quantity, and how busy our production team are at the time of ordering. Once you have purchased your items, our team will be in contact and let you know a finalised estimated time of arrival. If you have an urgent event coming up, please give us a call on 1300 220 217 and we might be able to push this through for you faster.
Yes! You receive free artwork when you buy our products! All of our prices include standard customisation costs (2 design proof changes), as seen in the product listings. After this any additional changes will incur a $25 artwork fee. If you were after extra personalisation (such as custom paint colours or extra engraving) we can arrange this for an additional fee.
